What can I do in the case of damaged luggage?

If you notice that your luggage has been damaged, please take a photo of it immediately and go to the nearest "Lost and Found" counter in the airport where you are. The damage will be documented and the airline will either replace, repair or compensate you. If you notice the damage after leaving the airport, you must immediately contact the airline and they will perform the same procedure at a partner of them or through photos sended to them by you.

I have a lost luggage and it was told to me that it would be sent to my address

In some cases, airline companies may have trouble loading baggage onto the plane. In such cases, you can apply to the Lost and Found section. After sharing your address information, your luggage will come to the address you specified. In such cases, the airline will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
